Every Artist submitting for eminence Chart should send a song Longer than 1 minute or more, for the fans to feel it better so they Vote for you to go on the NUMBER ONE SPOT On the Eminence Chart... and as well the song should have been released last year Nov/Dec or 2012 or this year 2013.
Therefore this voting process will work as follows:

and then on the beginning of may we will launch the chart online and as well start with newspaper adverts.
to show Chart nominees with their codes and the number that fans can send the favourite artists code to,
to vote the Number one artist will be selected according to the 100% fan's ams vote, no judges percentage

Eminence Chart is an online Chart that was initiated to promote Local music Nation-wide, through an online chart that rates Local artist from number ten to the Number one spot. This judgment is decided by the national public, deciding which artist is worth being on a monthly Number one top ten in a certain Category of a genre in the chart through mobile phones Smsing process. By Smsing the code of the artist’s song is how the public will be voting, the high voted Song and artist that grabs a number one spot on the chart gets to chose whether they win a Share of N$ 5000, Plus an Award that state that the above mentioned artist is the winner of a certain Category in a certain month and the have been Number one on the chart for how many weeks and so forth.
Eminence chart will help to promote local artists when it comes to being known by the Nation’s public as real and serious artist’s not indoor or closet artists, which will pay in in return, when the Public gets to know them and respect their works as serious/ established artists. in addition Eminence Chart will be organizing bigger promotional events monthly, during the crowning of the overall number one artist of the month who has been in a chart for many weeks or the artist with the highest Sms votes among others, that will be a platform for all artist to show case their talents in entertainment Drought seasons. This whole project will help pressuring artist to work on their projects every now and then to avoid artists being silent and being declared or labelled as retired and expired in an arm bushed way. In addition this project will also educate the young Namibians and the young at heart adults with social networking E-literacy, to gain more experience that will help them realize the importance of using social networks to generate extra income for themselves and sustain their families adequately.
